This is a stipulation given to us by our publisher partners, and we adhere to this policy with no exceptions. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the cancellation of any outstanding orders and immediate termination of your account.
In order to proceed with an order here, you must sign our Marketplace Agreement to acknowledge that you agree to the terms.

- The information provided is true and accurate reflection of my business/organization.
- I am authorized to enter into and perform the obligations under this agreement on behalf of my business/organization.
- I will indemnify and save the Company fully harmless against, and will reimburse it for any Damages suffered by or asserted against it, directly or indirectly, arising from my incorrect listing of books on third-party marketplaces.
- Should I violate the terms of this agreement, I understand this will result in the permanent removal of my buying privilege from the Company.

List Prices
We make every effort to maintain up-to-date publisher list prices. However, we cannot guarantee their accuracy since these prices may change over time. As a result, the price printed on the book may not correspond to the current price set by the publisher, depending on when the books were received. In cases where the publisher does not provide a Canadian list price, we calculate it utilizing the provided US list price and applying a fixed exchange rate set in July each year.

Sticker Removal Tips
If you do receive a book with a sticker on the cover, here are some tips and tricks that we have found useful for removing them:
- Pencil eraser: Use a pencil eraser to remove any leftover sticky residue.
- Nail polish remover: Use non-acetone nail polish remover on a cotton ball. Blot it onto the residue and then wipe the residue off.
- Goo Gone: Apply Goo Gone directly to the sticker and then wipe the residue off.
